What are Promotional Products?
Promotional products or advertising specialties are any item
you can have imprinted with your organization's logo or message and give away

the Product Search button located on each page on the site.

Searching For Promotional Products
Searching for products on our site is easy. Look for the Product Search button throughout the site. You can search by the type of product you're looking for underProduct Category. Just click on the pull down menu to view the list of product categories available. You can narrow down your product category search 3 ways:
- By Keyword:
Just type in the word specifying what you are looking for. For example, if you are searching for denim clothing, select the clothing category then type in the word denim in the word search field. This search will bring up just the product lines that have denim clothing.
- By Price Range:
Do you have a budget? You can find particular items in your price range.
- By Production Time:
Do you need your products this week or in 8 weeks? Find only the items that meet your specific timing needs with this function.
The product lines that carry the products you are looking for will be listed. Select the product line you are interested in and review their product listing. To view the item and the quantity pricing, click on the highlighted item number.

Adding Products to the Shopping Cart
If you would like to buy or just need additional information about a particular product, add it to your shopping cart by selecting either “Buy Item” or “Need
Info” on individual product pages. Your shopping cart list will be sent to us to process your order. If you are buying the item, we ask that you select the quantity you would like to order, color and size information and custom imprinting instructions. Once completed, you can review the contents of your shopping cart where the pricing of your items are calculated. The pricing on our site does not include additional pricing, such as set-up charges, shipping, taxes, etc.
Sending ADCETERA1 Your Products
After you finish adding products to your shopping cart, select the "Shopping Cart" button. By selecting the “Check Out” button, you will arrive at an order form to complete your check out process. Fill out the secure order form with your shipping and billing instructions. Your order or request for information will automatically be sent and we will contact you shortly.

Web Catalog
 Web Catalog indicates that there is a web site, or on-line catalog, available for the particular product line shown next to this icon. Clicking on the Web Catalog icon will link you through to a web site featuring products from that specific line. Once there, you can browse the catalog to review featured products from the line in further detail. Click on "Enter Our Shopping Site" to select items from this site and add them to your shopping cart. If you would like to return to the search criteria you had previously entered, use the "Back" button on your web browser.

Secure Ordering
Our shopping cart feature uses the latest in encryption technology to ensure that hackers cannot access transactions with your credit card numbers. The encryption software on your browser is called a public key and it codes the message so it can only be opened with our private key. This way, even if a hacker manages to intercept that one of hundreds of thousands of e-mails sent at that second, your message can't be unscrambled without our private key.
At the top of the shopping cart;s order form screen, the beginning of the address reads https:// instead of the usual http://. The 's' means that the site is encrypted and the data will be transmitted securely.
If you are using Netscape Navigator as your browser, a broken key or an open padlock (depending on the version of your browser) is at the bottom lefthand corner of your screen. Microsoft Internet Explorer has an open padlock at the bottom lefthand corner of your screen. When a site is secured, the key on Netscape's browser appears unbroken (or the padlock appears locked) and the padlock on Internet Explorer appears locked.
When you check out, a message might pop up and warn you that the data you are about to submit may not be secure. This is a standard message that is part of your browser package. Rest assured that it is secured on our site, and hit "OK" to continue.
